Okay, so what's your deal?

Who are you? How did you get here?

I made this silly website because I'm really trying to move away from traditional forms of social media (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Tumblr, Reddit etc.), while at the same time not isolating myself from the internet altogether. I wanna a space that I have built by myself, for myself. As I get older, I find myself feeling more alienated from the environments that exist on different social media platforms, especially as predatory algorithms, advertising, and corporatization on the internet has become more aggressive over the years. I'm staunchly against NFTs and crypto as they're not only awful for the environment, but they contribute to the web becoming more inaccessible to people. The increase of paywalls and subscriptions are also exhasperating these issues. You can read more about my stances on the internet here.
